Irish Single Malts
Bushmills Single Malt 40%
Triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for a minimum of 10 years mainly in Bourbon-seasoned barrels, it has aromas of honey, vanilla and milk chocolate. Malted barley is dried in a closed kiln without peat resulting in a clean, unsmoky taste.
Bushmills Three Wood 40%
Aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then matured for several months in Port wine barrels - a unique maturation which imparts distinct notes of juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness.
Clontarf Single Malt 40%
The whiskey takes it name from the Battle of Clontarf in 1014. Refined vanilla, caramel, dust, toasty wood and delicate spice flavours. A slight sweet palate with toffee, roasted nuts, wet hay, and brown spices. Finishes with a long, sweet caramel, wood and spice fade.
Connemara 40%
Smokey peatiness with hints of honey and oak. The taste is silky smooth with a honey sweet start, followed by more complex aromas of malt and fruit giving way to the intensifying full bodied peat. A well-balanced yet complex taste with vanilla oak notes.
Connemara Peated 40%
Each year a small number of the oldest and most exceptional casks are hand picked to create Connemara 12 year old peated single malt. Smoky peatiness balanced by heather floralness with hints of honey, oak, sweet grass, chocolate and vanilla.

Only available in very limited quantities.
Green Spot 40%
Distilled three times before undergoing long maturation in oak casks, leaving a mellow, light taste. Very rare, even in Ireland, with a yearly production of only 6000 bottles. Sweet, rich and full bodied. Quickly fills the mouth with a glorious spiciness. Remains soft, complex and busy.
Locke's 40%
Malty nose, sweet and smooth at first with a full malty and spicy middle and a delightful honeyed sweetness. Rather oaky and peppery with notes of caramel and a certain fruitiness. Medium long finish, slightly drying but balanced, with notes of candy sugar and cooked apples.
Magilligan 43%
A Pure Pot Still matured in Bourbon and Sherry Casks. Aromas of malt and grain, boiled sweets. Light, nutty, dried peach, mixed herbs, turf and wood shavings. An elegant trace of citrus. Creamy, slightly smoky, with floral notes. A peppery and spicy, dry finish.

Pure Pot Still Whiskey, distilled and bottled in Midleton, Ireland. Triple distilled in heavy pot stills using malted and unmalted Irish barley combined with Irish spring water. Aged in oak barrels for a smooth, refined taste. Aromas of ginger cake, brazil nuts treacle.

Matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks. Golden honey colour, with floral background notes. Fresh and fruity. Oily with intense malt and vanilla sweetness. Luscious peach, dried apricot, aniseed and tropical fruits. Hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge.

Malty, fruity, spicy and complex. Very smooth and mellow with intensive notes of floral roasted wood and vanilla. A hint of christmas cake. The only Irish malt whiskey aged in four different barrels: bourbon, dry oloroso sherry, port and madeira.

A uniquely high proportion of malt whiskey matured in former Oloroso Sherry casks with a sweet, batch-distilled grain whiskey. The unique recipe gives Black Bush its rich fruity notes, floral nose and deep, intense character, balanced by a unique smoothness.

A blend of Bushmills triple distilled malt whiskey with a lighter Irish grain whiskey, making it an approachable whiskey with a rich, warming taste of fresh fruit, a burst of peach and vanilla. Sweet and floral notes, smooth with a fruity dryness, a touch of cinnamon.
Clontarf Classic Blend 40%
Peatier than the standard blends, it contains enough musky, raw-barley pot still spirit to give it an ample body. A simple, sweet session whiskey. A velvety soft, cream toffee nose, lush taste, full textured, toffee-sweet. Lots of peach with sweet syrup and an earthy malty character.

Light to medium amber colour. Sweet aromas of red apple. Very firm, oily, intense and mouth filling. Clean, tart flavours of oak, vanilla, red apple and grain resulting in a lovely fruitcake richness. Semi-sweet, medium-long finish with caramel, grain and smoke overtones.
Jameson Crested Ten 40%
Nicely balanced with a bit of sweet melon and a sprinkling of spicy ginger. A maltiness that warms the palate while the sweet and spice play off one another, all the while the hints of Bourbon and Sherry wood come through this whiskey.

A deluxe blend of selected casks of Jameson Whiskey. Aged exclusively in new casks of seasoned oak barrels before being matured in bourbon and sherry casks. A light, smooth whiskey with hints of honey and with a spicy character.

In 1780, John Jameson carefully selected the finest ingrediance for this unique blend. Every drop holds the sweetness of honey, followed by a soft spicy note with hints of nut, citrus and dried fruits.
Kilbeggan 40%
Made from a mixture of barley, corn, rye, wheat, oats and lime-softened water. Soft gold colour. Scents of wet cotton and spice. Sweet flavours of corn, honey wheat and toffee. Medium, smooth, very toasty malt character. Well-balanced, medium-long, sweet aftertase.
Midleton Very Rare 40%
The most exclusive whiskey ever produced in Ireland. Only available in strictly limited quantities as just a small number of casks of the finest distillates are personally selected by the Master Distiller each year. Flavours: lilac, oak, toffee. Paddy Whiskey is light and fresh being one of the softest of all Irish Whiskeys due to the low percentage of pot still content. Mild, with a distinctive mellow maltiness, a touch of sweet oil, spiciness and background notes of honey, vanilla and toasted wood.”

Aberlour 43%
A classic Speyside single malt, matured in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks. Dry, fresh, fruity aromas of early autumn apples and pears are subtly enhanced with sweet notes of vanilla and mint toffee. Smooth and creamy, with spicy-sweet nutmeg and honey combining.
Ardbeg 46%
Sweet on the nose, with soft peat and Arbroath smokies. Intense yet delicate on the palate, with burning peats and dried fruit, followed by sweeter notes of malt and a touch of liquorice. Long and smoky in the finish, with a fine balance of cereal sweetness and dry peat notes.

Named ‘World Whisky of the Year’ in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2009. Ardbeg Uigeadail (pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’) marries Ardbeg’s traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. An intriguing balance between sweet, spicy and smoky flavours.

Golden in colour with a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness of Auchentoshan. To the taste it is smooth and surprisingly sweet with hints of tangerine and lime.

Amber colour, chock full of ripe fruit, sugars, spice and nuts. A fruity nose. Tastes of fruit, brown sugar and syrup. Hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon. A butterscotch sweetness adds to the overall complexity. The finish is fresh and fruity with a long lasting oaky sweetness.

Aged in two different casks: one traditional whiskey oak, one Sherry oak producing a deep more complex flavour. Rich, mellow flavour with depth and complexity. Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and Sherry.
Balvenie Single Barrel 47%
Drawn from a single traditional oak whisky cask of a single distillation. Each cask is subtly different. Each bottling forms a limited edition of no more than 350 hand-numbered bottles. Rich and complex, it has a honeyed maltiness with vanilla, oak flavours and delicate spice notes.
Balvenie Portwood 40%
A marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Refined with remarkable character, it is creamy and silky with fruit, honey and spice notes. Creamy, sweet stewed plums, oaky. A sweet, gentle, well-balanced malt.

The nose offers rich, dark chocolate aromas and raisins, and great depth and character. Mouth-coating, rich and dark on the palate, with old Sherry, bitter chocolate, treacle toffee, and a hint of smoke, with treacle and smoke lingering in the lengthy, robust finish.
Bunnahabhain 40%
The lightest of the Islay malts, but its body has a distinctive oiliness. Gold colour, fresh ‘sea air’ aroma, light to medium yet firm body. Gentle, clean flavour with a nutty-malty sweetness. Light peat and discreet smoke. Full-bodied finish with a hint of vanilla and some smoke.
Caol Ila 43%
Caol Ila, pronounced ‚Cull-Eela‘, is considered to be a light Islay. Medium-bodied with a rounded flavour. Pale in colour with a greenish tinge. This malt has a peaty nose, with distinct floral notes. Slight taste of seaweed/iodine, lightly medicinal, smoky, salty, sweet with a dry peppery finish.
Cardhu 40%
The gaelic name ‘cardhu’ means ‘black rock’. Cardhu is malt smoothness in a bottle – hints of nutmeg and black pepper imbibing the creamy golden toffee. Smooth, light to medium, mellow flavour. Malty sweetness and a hint of peat. Long, lingering and sweet finish.

A Speyside malt aged 12 years. Golden colour, firm body with medium smokiness. Very complex aroma. A rich, elegant, silky texture that fills the mouth. Delicate, clean flavour with a large range of herbal flowery notes. Long finish. A malt for serious devotees.
Dalwhinnie 40%
Gentle northern Highlands malt with a light taste and fruity sweet aroma. Hint of heather and honey. Gold colour. Firm, slightly oily body. Long and warming in the finish, with ginger, oak and Sherry, plus cough lozenges and lingering toffee. Very long finish.
Glenfiddich 12 Yrs 40%
The best selling single malt whiskey in the world. Distinctively fresh and fruity with a hint of pear on the nose. Very pale colour. Light, fresh, fruity aroma. Light, firm but smooth body. Dryish, pear-like flavour with hints of smokiness, fruit and malt. Restrained finish.
Glenfiddich 15 Yrs 40%
Matured in three different types of casks - Sherry casks, traditional Bourbon casks and new oak casks. Full and fruity nose, with delicate honey and vanilla notes. Flavours of fruit, gentle spice and a touch of oakiness. Well mannered in the mouth, malty, elegant and soft.
Glen Garioch Founders Reserve 48%
Produced in small precious batches, amber in colour, the founders reserve is a fine addition to the Glen Garioch range. Butter cream and vanilla pave the way to fruity green apple skin and citrus cleanliness, leading to an elegant and subtle finish.
Glengoyne 40%
Glengoyne is made using ‘air-dried barley’. It is fresh and well-rounded, with medium sweet aromas suggesting malt, oak, and a hint of Sherry. Smooth and delicate, slightly oaky, with a suggestion of cooking apples. The finish is pleasingly long, with buttery vanilla notes.
Glenkinchie 43%
The nose is quite light, yet fragrant. The palate is vey fruity with notes of Madeira and sweet stewed fruits. Replacing the 10 year-old as the main expression of the Lowland style in the Classic Malts range, this Glenkinchie 12 year-old is a bit fuller and more complex.
Glenlivet 12 Yrs 40%
Aromatic, with flowers. Clean and simple with some maltiness. Sherry notes, some spice and vanilla. Subtle peatiness. Slightly sweet and fruity, with vanilla notes. Clean and well-balanced. The finish is pleasantly lengthy and sophisticated. A lovely, honeyed, floral, fragrant nose.
Glenlivet 15 Yrs 40%
A French Oak Reserve malt with aromas of strawberries and cream, vanilla, wood oil, russet apples and butter. Some pineapple, almond and floral notes and light cinnamon spiciness. Ripe mango, cedarwood, white pepper and a hint of liquorice.
Glenmorangie Original 40%
Single Malt Scotch from the Northern Highlands of Scotland. Produced in the tallest copper pot stills in Scotland since 1843. Glenmorangie has a pale amber colour and features notes of floral, mandarin and vanilla with hints of honey. Nutty, with well-mannered spices.
Glenmorangie Lasanta 46%
‘Lasanta’ means ‘warmth and passion’ in Gaelic. The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish Sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add to a sense of richness.
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 46%
Christmas aromas of mandarin orange, chocolate and toasted nuts with lingering scents of nutmeg. The palate offers a swathe of rich chocolate enrobed walnuts that gives way to the lemony-rose jelly texture of Turkish delight. Lingering memories of dark minty chocolate.
Glenmorangie Nectar D'or 46%
Extra-matured in casks that previously held Sauternes wines. Honey gold in colour, with full-bodied and Sherry wine notes and traces of honey flavours. The palate offers a citrus tang which gives way to warming ginger, nutty flavours and melting honeycomb.
Glenrothes Select Reserve 43%
A great Speyside whiskey which on the nose is filled with lots of zesty fruit, vanilla and hints of coconut. While its flavour is packed with malt and spice.
Highland Park 40%
Imported from the Orkney Islands of Scotland - one of two northernmost distilleries. The nose is fragrant and floral, with hints of heather and some spice. Smooth and honeyed on the palate, with citric fruits, malt and distinctive tones of wood smoke in the finish.
Ileach 40%
The intensity of this whisky is overwhelming with only limited oak to offer complexity. A big Islay malt. Silky, malty. Herbal fruitiness and bitterness, and some pepper. Grassy and peaty. A seaweedy medicinal touch. Peaty, with that unmistakable breath of the seashore.
Isle of Jura 10 Yrs 40%
The only whisky made on Jura. Honey amber in colour, with a sweet, almost honey-like nose. Tastewise, Isle of Jury is very spicy, almost forceful. Light, dry nose with a hint of Sherry. Soft light body. Slightly sweet, salty flavour. The finish has a little malt and some saltiness.
Isle of Jura 16 Yrs 43%
With the smoothness of the 10 year-old allied to extra complexity from more ageing, this is a winner. A delicious and sophisticated dram with impressive depth and almost perfect weight. Sweet, dry and a dusty mouthfeel with melons, almonds and marzipan.
Knockando 12 Yrs 43%
In Gaelic, Knockando (Cnoc-an-dhu) means `little black hillock’. Made with spring water from the Cardnach spring, which lies in the hills above the distillery. Time is a key element, as gentle maturation in oak casks reveal subtle aromas. Delicate with notes of fresh almons.

A slowly matured whisky with smooth, complex layers of flowery, nutty, slightly smoky notes. Spicy with hints of vanilla, herbs and hazelnut. Fruity and creamy with citrus, berries, almond and caramel. Delicate, soft and fruity with tastes of roasted nuts and malt.
Lagavulin 43%
A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that’s typical of southern Islay - but also offering a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting dram. Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood.
Laphroaig 10 Yrs 40%
Laphroaig, pronounced ‘La-froyg’. In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, along with the seaweed gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Suprising sweetness with hints of salt and layers of peatiness.
Laphroaig Quarter Cask 48%
Double cask matured in American oak and small-sized new quarter casks, thus offering a more intense wood aroma. Nuances of sweet vanilla, coconut, banana, apple, kiwi and fresh butter. Long, smoky-spicy finish with hints of salty seaweed.
Loch Lomond 18 Yrs 43%
Rich and very fruity with mellow vanilla notes and intense oak, complemented by honey, mirabelle and pear. Light nose of leather and wood shavings. Matured in old oak casks. Hints of toasted granary bread with cereal notes, barley sweetness and biscuits.
Oban 43%
Pleasant aroma, with notes of Chardonnay, peat, sturdy Highland malt and a good whiff of the sea. A fairly dry but sparkly texture. The palate is salty and cerealy with honey and malt notes. Distinctly salty, notes of caramel. A lot of toffee and some warmth in the finish.
Scapa 40%
From the lesser known of Orkney’s two surviving distilleries. The nose offers hints of butterscotch, bananas and custard. Rich, sweet and malty on the palate, with subtle spice and chocolate orange developing in the long, creamy finish. An elegant and sophisticated offering.
Sprinbank 46%
A spirity nose and a slight acidity will wake up your nose. A hint of blue cheese leads your palate to cinnamon and the typical Springbank smoke that is very different from any other whisky smoke. Tropical fruit and faint hints of fairy floss come to the fore with the extended exposure to air.
Talisker 45%
From the only distillery on the Isle of Skye. Amber-red colour. Pungent, slightly smoky aroma. Full body. Smoky with distinctive peppery character. The taste explodes on the palate and has a huge, long finish. Hints of cherry and honey, spices and earthy peat.
Talisker Storm 46%
Smoother and quite creamy by comparison to the Talisker 10 year-old. Hints of barbecue, citrus and white pepper. Thick and mouth-coating with wood smoke, brine, some tin and chilli heat.
Talisker Skye 46%
Slightly sweeter than the other Talisker whiskies with notes of toffie and vanilla ice cream. Flavours of sappy wood, a little pepper with hints of lemon, lime and fennel seeds.

The Slyrs distillery, founded in 1999, produces this first and only upper Bavarian whisky. The whisky is aged for three years in new, unused American white oak barrels with a 50-gallon capacity. A full-creamy nose, with vanilla and fruits. A malty palate, with hints of mocha-chocolate.

The nose is of good body with plenty of nut oils and zest. A pleasant floral character with a little tropical fruit. Smooth and soft on the palate with good sweetness and winter spice. The finish is medium with fruit and zest.

The recipe was thought to have been lost forever until a traveller from Europe arrived, quite fortuitously, with an old manuscript he had found. Desmond Williams recognised it as the ancient recipe for heather wine and transformed it into Irish Mist.
